2021 Kia Niro EV gets more technology and security without price increases

2021 Kia Niro EV remains available with a number of new technological improvements and more safety features. And unlike price increases that are usually associated with a new car model, 2021 Kia Niro EV remains affordable as last year’s model.

The latest Kia Niro EV model still has a base price of $ 40.265 (including the cost of $ 1,175), while ex premium starts with $ 45,825, only $ 60 more than the outgoing model. Kia updated Niro Styling last year, and changes will be carried to the 2021 model. Suddenly, Kia Niro EV has turned into an EV bargain by offering more space and premium features rather than Corporate Cousin Hyundai Kona and Chevy Bolt EV.

Standard equipment includes Wireless Apple Carplay and Android Auto Connectivity, the Rear Occupants’ Door Warning System, and remote range of functionality for heating and cooling cabins. The former also has a heated front seat, automatic climate control, 8-inch infotainment touch screen, power driver seat, and 17-inch wheels.

Meanwhile, Niro Ex Premium has simulated leather seats, a larger 10.25-inch infotainment touch screen, Harman cardboard premium audio system with eight speakers, hot and ventilated seats, sunroof, and wireless charging, among many others.

Also, 2021 Niro EV has received many additional safety technology. The Advanced Canggraftan Kia (Adas) driver assistance system now gets a leading vehicle departure warning system, assist driving highway, and navigation-based cruise cruise control system for ex premium. On the other hand, the NIRO EX base still has a forward collision warning, avoiding advanced collisions, blind collision warnings, and high beam assistance, to mention some.

2021 KIA Niro EV is still motivated by a single electric motorcarrow pumping 201 horsepower. Motor drawing power from a 64 kWh battery pack for reducing EPA-around 239 miles from driving distance.

Kia has also updated 2021 Niro Hybrid and Niro Phev with more standard equipment and safety features. Hybrid Niro reaches 46 mpg with a 1.6-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine, an electric motor, and a 1.56 kWh battery. In comparison, Niro PHEV reached 46 MPG of EPA rankings with a larger 8.9 KWH battery and offered up to 26 miles from all electricity.
