The roadmap suspected of leaking from Lenovo might have just revealed that Nvidia gets ready to release the RTX 3080 Super and RTX 3070 Super GPU laptop in the near future.
Roadmap, which is posted for reddit by user dr_b_m_rigney, is intended to display specifications for Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Extreme G4, including the NVIDIA RTX 3070 Super 8GB GDDR6 and RTX 3080 Super 16GB GDDR6 as an option configuration for Laptop GPU, along with RTX 3060 8GB GDDR6 and GTX 1650 IT 4GB GDDR6.
For a good size, the laptop is also seen displaying the Lake-H Tiger processor, a 16-inch display, 16:10 in 2.5K or 4K resolution, and up to 64GB DDR4 RAM.
We reached Lenovo to comment on a meantly road map and will update this story if we heard back from the company.
There are still open questions about which GPU will power the two super cards, as a videocardz record. According to the reliable NVIDIA Leaker Kopite7Kimi, GPU GA103 is likely to be canceled at this time, but the videocardz argues that this GPU is the only one that makes sense to refresh super because the RTX 3080 Mobile is maximum with GPU GA104.
There is not much information about GA103 and it doesn’t look like any information that is truly coming, but it is applying the question what exactly the RTX 3080 Super Mobile GPU will be visible.
