Effortlessly Access Your Comcast Email or Voicemail
Accessing your Comcast email or voicemail is a breeze with connect.xfinity.com. Simply follow these steps to quickly sign in and manage your communications:
- Go to xfinity.com and find the Email or Voice icon positioned at the top-right corner of the screen.
- Provide your Xfinity ID and password, and then click on the Sign In button.
- Once signed in, you’ll be directed to Xfinity Connect, your hub for Comcast email and voicemail services.
- Access your email by clicking Mail or your voicemail by clicking Voice.
Managing Other Comcast Services
In addition to email and voicemail, you can oversee all your Xfinity services via My Account. Get started by downloading the Xfinity My Account app on your mobile device or by visiting us online.
Managing Your Xfinity Email Settings
Easily customize your Xfinity email settings through My Account. Here’s how:
- Sign in to My Account and navigate to the Users tab.
- Select Edit next to the user for whom you want to add an email address.
- In the Contact Information section, click Add a Personal Email Address.
- Enter your email address and save. A verification link will be sent to your new email for confirmation.
Setting Your Preferred Email Address
To designate a personal email as your preferred address:
- Sign in to My Account.
- Select Edit next to the user whose preferred email you wish to change.
- In the Contact Information section, click the Edit button next to the email.
- Select Make this preferred to set your preferred email address.
Remember, your comcast.net email address will remain your default preferred address until you update the setting in My Account.
